<p>Pediatric patients is a small patient population when compared to the everyday patients that providers attend to, however, there are certain concerns that need to be addressed to be able to provide safe and quality care to these patients. In this week&#039;s episode of the MedicCast, the podmedic together with guest Greg Friese discuss the challenges that emergency medicine providers face when caring for pediatric patients, solutions to these challenges as well as tips on dealing with anxious parents.
