On tonight's NBC premier of "Trauma," we'll get a look at the first TV show to portray just emergency medical services (EMS) responders in a long time.  But, as with many medical programs, how much is real and how much is Hollywood fake?

For the first time ever, real life paramedics and podcasters, Jamie Davis, Greg Friese, and Chris Montera will be watching the live premier of a medical drama and giving their opinions on the reality of the program as well as how it portrays their profession.  Tonight you can listen to a live stream of their commentary during the show and then join in a live call-in discussion about the program afterward.
